$500 New Family Promotion – Terms & Conditions

The $500 New Family Promotion is available to eligible new families enrolling at a participating Prepare Early Education centre.

This promotion is available only to new families enrolling at a participating Prepare Early Education centre.
A new family is a family who has not previously been enrolled at a participating Prepare Early Education centre.
The promotion is not available to existing families, current enrolled families, or families transferring between participating Prepare Early Education centres.
Families who have previously enrolled, commenced care, or otherwise held an enrolment at a participating Prepare Early Education centre are not eligible for this promotion.
The child must be enrolled for a minimum of 2 days per week at the participating Prepare Early Education centre.
Eligibility is determined by Prepare Early Education and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Eligible new families will receive a $500 early education fee credit in accordance with the promotional offer.
The $500 credit will be applied after the child has completed a minimum of 8 weeks of enrolment from their commencement date, provided all other Terms & Conditions have been met.
The $500 credit will be applied to early education fees only.
The credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another family.
The credit cannot be exchanged for another product, service or monetary payment.
The promotion is subject to the family completing the enrolment process and commencing at the participating Prepare Early Education centre.

This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, discount, referral reward or special incentive.
A family may receive only one promotional offer at a time.
If a family is eligible for more than one promotion or offer, the family must select one applicable promotion and cannot claim or combine multiple offers.
The $500 New Family Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with the $500 Family Referral Reward or any other referral, enrolment, fee or promotional offer unless expressly approved in writing by Prepare Early Education.
Where multiple promotions apply, Prepare Early Education reserves the right to determine which offer is applicable based on the terms of each promotion.

The family must complete the required enrolment process and commence care to qualify for the promotional benefit.
The child must be enrolled for a minimum of 2 days per week.
The child must remain enrolled for a minimum of 8 weeks from their commencement date for the $500 credit to become payable.
The $500 credit will be applied after the child has completed the required 8-week enrolment period, provided the child remains actively enrolled for at least 2 days per week and the family’s fees are paid in accordance with the centre’s standard payment terms.
The promotion is subject to availability and any additional conditions communicated by Prepare Early Education at the time of enrolment.
The promotional credit cannot be used towards enrolment fees, administration fees, bonds, additional charges or other non-education-related fees.

If the family cancels their enrolment before commencing, the $500 promotion will not be payable.
If the family withdraws before completing the required 8-week enrolment period, the $500 promotion will not be payable.
If the child reduces their enrolment below the required 2 days per week before the 8-week period has been completed, the $500 promotion will not be payable.
If the $500 credit has already been applied and the family subsequently withdraws or no longer meets the applicable enrolment requirements, Prepare Early Education reserves the right to withdraw or reverse the promotional credit.
Any unused promotional credit is subject to these Terms & Conditions and will not be paid as cash.

This promotion may be changed, extended or withdrawn by Prepare Early Education at any time.
Prepare Early Education reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the promotion where it reasonably believes the offer has been misused or the eligibility requirements have not been met.
The promotion is not transferable.
Prepare Early Education reserves the right to make the final determination regarding eligibility for the promotion.
By accepting the promotion, the family acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
